“ I came to this establishment on a busy Saturday. It was my first karaoke bar ive been to in London and it did not disappoint. I’m really bad at remembering the names for all the drinks, but the bartender, I think her name was Shelby or something, talked me through all the options and what they contained and then made me the most scrumptious drink I’ve ever had. She was really friendly and helpful. 10/10 place and staff ”

The staff were very friendly polite and professional.They oriented me to the place the room how to have fun and call for service if I needed any!!!shout out to Andre and Saumya I really had an amazing time! My only challenge is I couldn’t get Swahili songs but that was sorted out and I was informed to send recommendations via email which I will. Anyways I will definitely be back!!! Ruby on the front desk was an absolute gem and kept an eye on the bookings and right at the last moment sorted us out with a 30 min session. She could have easily just said “No, tough luck” but she was patient and friendly and found a way to accommodate us. The people that served us were also very lovely. I was entertaining friends over from Oz and was so grateful for the service we received from Ruby and the rest of the team. Lovely drinks, nice vibe, super accommodating staff. Highly recommend.
